Alexandra Herold, RAc, Registered Acupuncturist
Alexandra is a Registered Acupuncturist of BC, and has received extensive training in different aspects of alternative medicine such as Naturopathy (in Germany), Reflexology, Bodywork Therapy and Energy Balancing treatments. She has 20 years of experience in working with people throughout her professional life. She decided to combine her interests in Holistic Health with her desire to help people and in 2005 graduated as a Naturopath at Paracelsus Schulen in Germany.
Alexandra’s passion for learning and understanding how each person’s health issues manifest brought her to the wonderful studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2006 her journey took her to Vancouver to study Acupuncture and Tuina in depth at PCU College of Holistic Medicine. Alexandra likes to incorporate different modalities in her treatments. She believes is very important to assess a patient holistically and to customize each client’s care. She likes to encourage her patients to actively participate in this process.
